This weekly blog has taken a few months hiatus, but I will now be bringing you the best moments of the week on a weekly basis. I promise. There are just too many awesome moments to not re-live them in a blog. So here we go.

5.) Mac admitting he ran away from a fight in college
This one is pretty hilarious. Earlier in the week, Mac admitted that he almost got into a fight at a bar when he was in college, but he ran away. Mac explains the story as a guy wanted to meet Mac outside to fight, so Mac says ok and walks out of the bar. Once outside of the bar, Mac says he ran as fast as he could away from the bar. Now, as I am not a fighter either, I applaud Mac for his creative thinking. Next time Mac, maybe don’t agree to fight the guy in the first place.

4.) NBA Draft Lottery
This moment was one that had everyone in the NBA world talking. The Pelicans somehow ended up with the #1 pick, while the Knicks got 3rd, and of course, the Hornets got 12th. It is no real shocker that the Hornets got 12th, but it just goes to show how unlucky this franchise has been since the team moved back into town. The real funny part about this moment is all the sad New York Knicks fan reactions that went viral on social media. New York fans finally thought that all of the tanking they’ve done was about to pay off and they would be able to select Zion Williamson with the #1 pick. Not so fast. While many still believe that the Knicks will land a highly coveted free agent this summer, Zion Williamson is not headed to the big apple.

3.) Who is the current best NBA Player?
The discussion on the current best NBA player is always one that fires people up. On the show, T-Bone took the side of Kevin Durant, while Mac took the side of LeBron James. We also put up a poll on the WFNZ Twitter page, and the results were 36% Kevin Durant, 30% Giannis Antetokounmpo, 23% LeBron James, and 11% other.
I personally think LeBron James is still the best player in the world. I have been and will continue to be a LeBron fan, so this year was tough to see him not have the success he typically has. In a down year, LeBron still averaged 27 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. I do think Kevin Durant is right at LeBron’s heels for current best player, but I would like to see KD take his own team to the promised land first.

2.) Hubes-Preppy Sports Trivia
This moment is something I am pretty salty about. Mac & T-Bone keep hyping up this “rivalry” between myself and our web guy Jason Huber, so they thought it would be a funny idea to do a trivia contest about 2000’s sports. This was not a fair fight if you ask me. It seemed as if Jason was getting questions similar to 2+2, while I was getting calculus. Listen to the link below and you will obviously agree that I was cheated.

1.)    Mac Attack Hockey Video

This had to be the funniest moment of the week. The Mac Attack has an ongoing feud with a Boston Sports Radio show called “Toucher & Rich” so we decided to do a video to show them we have the Hockey skills. This did not work out the way you think.
I would explain more on the video but please just watch for yourself and laugh hysterically.
