The Athletic Director of the Wake Forest Demon Deacons joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as John Currie explained the challenges an AD faces right now "That his job is a lot easier than the health care workers, but his job is complex right now."

John also brought up how everyone at college campuses is super anxious right now at a time where there are no concrete answers while also communicating to the best of their abilities.

John went on to tell Kyle that this fall he has 3 priorities and the following are "#1. Be as safe as possible, #2 Provide our student-athletes if possible with some form of fall sports, and #3 is to sustain our enterprise."

John also stated that they could quit and just move on, but they have to balance everything with not being reckless during the age of COVID-19.

Kyle also asked John the challenge of hiring Men's Basketball HC Steve Forbes right when the pandemic was starting to reach a fever pitch as John responded by saying "There's never been a coaching change during the middle of a pandemic until Steve took the job this year, and I appreciate Steve's perseverance for making a movie like this during this time."
