The beat writer covering the Carolina Panthers for The Athletic joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as Joe started off the chat by recapping Teddy Bridgewater's Zoom Conference.

"He is a low-key cat who started a defacto mini-camp with the skill players and O-Lineman. With Teddy at the helm, a big thing is he knows this offense, and in a year like this that is important because he could tell a John Miller or Russell Okung what Joe Brady might want a player to do on a play just because of his recognition of the system."

Joe Person also brought up center Matt Paradis as a big discussion point expressing that: "They need him to play a lot better at center. He was less than a year removed from a serious leg injury last year and the hope is now that he is removed from that injury he plays a lot better, but he is one of the main keys to the offensive line having success this year."

Kyle brought the question to Joe in what he thinks the first few weeks of the regular season look like without preseason games and limited contact throughout the training camp.

Joe immediately said: "It's going to be sloppy, not only with the play but it also could raise the injuries as we saw from Jon Beason tearing his Achilles in 2011."
