The MLB writer for Rotowire and Fangraphs joined Kyle Bailey on the Clubhouse to recap the first two games from the opening day games as Jason's biggest takeaway was that both Gerrit Cole and Max Scherzer stood out. "Gerrit picked up right where he left off, and the only run he gave up was an Adam Eaton HR and Gerrit still looked fantastic" Jason stated and he also pointed out that "The Yankees played as good as the expectations are for the team this year last night".

Jason also stated he is a big fan of the extended playoffs for this year and states "That it is here to stay from here on out because all sides are in it for money". Jason also thinks this is just another idea that they are willing to try during this pandemic shortened season and thinks it's a good idea to play at the higher-seeded team's venue to cut down travel and costs all around for the clubs.

Before the end of the interview, Kyle asked Jason about the NL East Jason stated that he likes the Mets saying "I love them on paper, and as long as they don't go complete Mets and stay healthy they can be a really good team".
