One of the biggest free-agent signings for the Carolina Panthers this offseason was the addition of former New York Jets wide receiver Robby Anderson

Anderson is known for his deep-threat ability on the field and will join a receiving corps that includes D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel.

Undrafted in 2016 out of Temple, Anderson signed with Jets and started 47 of the 62 games he played in New York.

His best season came in 2016 when he compiled 941 total yards and seven touchdowns.

There were a lot of great plays to choose from but here are five plays from Anderson in his first four years that should get Panthers fans excited:

1. Double move touchdown against Carolina (Nov. 26, 2017 vs. Carolina Panthers)

Ironically, one of Anderson's best NFL plays came against the Panthers back in 2017.

Josh McCown connected with Anderson for a 33-yard touchdown as he grabbed the score between two defenders.

The play shows Anderson's awareness and speed to keep up with the ball even while bobbling it.

2. Darnold's first career touchdown pass (Sept. 10, 2018 vs. Detroit Lions)

Thanks to Anderson, Sam Darnold's first career touchdown pass with the Jets was an impressive one.

Up 10-7 over the Lions in the second quarter, Darnold connected with Anderson for a 41-yard touchdown pass.

It was a great throw by Darnold but also an impressive catch from Anderson. The Jets went on to win that game 48-17.

3. 92-yard score in Darnold's first game back (Oct. 13, 2019 vs. Dallas Cowboys)

After Darnold missed time due to mono last season, he found his chemistry immediately with Anderson as the two connected for a 92-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter against the Cowboys.

Anderson avoided the tackle at the 50-yard line and home free after that. It's a must-watch.

4. 36-yard toe-tap (Sept. 16, 2019 vs. Cleveland Browns)

This one didn't result in a touchdown but it was still extremely impressive.

Anderson hauled in a 36-yard pass from Luke Falk in the third quarter against the Browns and somehow managed to get both his feet barely inbounds to get the catch.

You have to watch it to believe it.

5. Taking the lead over the Steelers (Dec. 22, 2019 vs. Pittsburgh Steelers)

The Darnold to Anderson connection had a lot of impressive touchdowns.

In the first quarter against the Pittsburgh Steelers last season, Darnold threw a 23-yard pass that Anderson hauled in for an incredible touchdown.

Anderson caught the ball over his head in the air in between two defenders.
