The Carolina Panthers should be holding rookie minicamps and OTAs right now, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic shutting the sports world down, fans are left speculating on how the Panthers roster will look.

Even With last month’s draft completed, there’s still the possibility of some late moves before training camp is tentatively scheduled to start.

WFNZ will take a look at each Carolina position over the next few weeks to see where each group stands.

OFFENSIVE LINE
Roster: Taylor Moton (T); Russell Okung (T); Greg Little (T); Dennis Daley (T); Aaron Monteiro (T); Tyler Marz (T); Matt Kaskey (T); Branden Bowen (T, Rookie); Juwann Bushell-Beatty (T, Rookie); Michael Schofield (G); John Miller (G); Chris Reed (G); Mike Horton (G); Matt Paradis (C); Tyler Larsen (C); Sam Tecklenburg (C, Rookie); Frederick Mauioga (C, Rookie)
Key losses: Trai Turner; Greg Van Roten; Daryl Williams
Notable moves: The Panthers offensive line was a mess last season and they’ve attempted to rebuild it this offseason.

Carolina traded Pro Bowl right guard Trai Turner in March for left tackle Russell Okung.

Van Roten signed with the New York Jets and the Panthers signed guards Schofield and Miller to one-year deals.

Outlook: Offensive line is one of the biggest question marks on a Panthers team that is in a re-build.

Barring injuries, Okung, a former Pro Bowler, should solidify the left tackle spot, which has had a different starter every year dating back to their 2015 Super Bowl run.

Moton, arguably the team’s most solid offensive lineman will start at right tackle and Paradis will enter his second year as the starting center.

Schofield will be the team’s new right guard with Daley, Miller and Little likely battling for the left guard position.

Little is naturally a tackle so he will need to adjust to playing guard but Daley, the team’s sixth-round pick last year, has experience playing every position on the offensive line.

Overall expectations: The offensive line doesn’t look great on paper and that’s not a good thing for quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.

Surprises are always possible but depth, left guard and center are two of the biggest question marks.

Paradis is coming off a poor first season in Carolina and must have a bounce-back season to live up to his contract.

It’ll be interesting to see how Little, the Panthers 2019 second-round pick emerges after suffering injuries throughout the majority of his rookie season. If he can stay healthy, that’s a huge boost to the offensive line depth.

Don’t be surprised if there are still moves made before the season at the position.
