Tom Brady is back in the trademark business

Last year Tom Brady's trademark news came in the form of attempting to gobble up the phrase "Tom Terrific" which proved to be misguided maneuver.

Brady and his company are back at it.

The idea of surfacing such names isn't new, as was evident by some of the merchandise being sold on The Dan Patrick Show.
