Well we've asked Drew Brees seemingly every year for the past three seasons when he planned to call it a career.

The Saints quarterback has always brushed the questions aside. But during a Tuesday morning interview with ESPN's Get Up, Saints head coach Sean Payton hinted that Brees will play his final season in 2020.

"He's announced that he's coming back for his final season"  Payton told the show.

Brees signed a two-year contract extension this offseason with the final year being voidable. The future hall of fame quarterback is also being courted heavily by ESPN to join their Monday Night Football broadcast booth. Payton also added "I think Taysom (Hill) views himself as a starting quarterback in this league and we do too".  Well if words weren't minced by Payton, it looks like Taysom Hill will take over as the starting quarterback in 2021.
